Assign Session to Classroom

Once you have Set up Locations and Classrooms, you can assign your sessions to a specific classroom. This feature ensures that two sessions are not booked in the same classroom at the same time. It can also be used for booking fields or courts in addition to classrooms.
  1. On homepage, select Setup under season name
  2. Select Sessions
  3. Select Session Name
  4. Click Select classroom
    • Note: Please ensure the session is set Days of the week and Time to enable the option Select classroom
  5. (Optional) Uncheck Only show available classrooms box to view all classrooms
  6. Select Classroom
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Save and continue
