Set Session Applicability of Custom Questions

In Camp and Class Manager, each season can only have one registration form. Once custom questions are created, they can be set to display only for registrants in certain sessions. Use this article to customize the session applicability of custom questions.
  1. On home page, select Setup beneath season name
  2. Select Registration forms on the right
  3. Select Customize Registration Forms
  4. Select Add Form Element and Custom Question
  5. Select desired questions to include
  6. Click Apply
  7. Scroll down the registration form to the desired custom question, click Edit
  8. Select Session applicability tab
  9. Select/deselect applicable Sessions and Apply
  10. Repeat steps 5-11 for each question
  11. Click Save and continue
