Create a Subheader

A subheader helps organize custom questions on your registration form by grouping related items together. Use these steps to add a subheader to your form.

1. Begin process of Create Custom Questions
2. Click Add form element and select Subheader
3. Enter Subheader
4. Click Apply
5. Click Save and continue
