Deactivate Merchandise Options

Deactivating a merchandise item removes it from active sale while preserving its records in the system when it is no longer available to customers.
  1. Select Add-ons tab 
  2. Under Merchandise tab, click on Active under Status column of the desired item
  3. Select to change drop down from Active to Inactive
  4. Click Save
