Gender, age, and grade restrictions can be applied to individual sessions to manage registration eligibility. During online registration, participants use these filters to view and select only the specific sessions that match their criteria.

To set session restrictions:

Select Setup under season name
Select Sessions
Select session name in blue from list
Select Males only or Females only from Gender drop-down menu
Check Age or Grade next to Age/grade restrictions
- Note: It is possible to set an age or grade restriction but not both simultaneously
- If you select Age, input desired age parameters into blank fields, select Edit next to field Age as of and select first day of this session or specific date

Example: The age restriction is 3 to 5 years old with age as of first day of this session/specific date.
Sample Session Start date: May 30, 2022
When a child becomes 3 years old after the first day of this session/specific date, he/she is ineligible for the session (The child needs to be 3 years old on or before May 30, 2022)
When a child becomes 6 years old on or before the first day of this session/specific date, he/she is not able to make registration in this session (The child can only register if his/her birthday falls after May 30, 2016)

If you select Grade, select dropdowns and select desired grade restrictions, select Edit next to Grade as of and select applicable school year

Click Save and continue

Note: It is not required to set a gender, age, or grade restriction. If no restrictions are necessary, select No restrictions in the Gender and the Age/grade restriction drop-downs.
