ACTIVE Captivate for CCM Release Notes - September 20th, 2024
In the ACTIVE Captivate Instructors iOS/Android apps, system users with an Account Owner, Administrator, Standard, Coach/Instructor role can now create a custom chat group or initiate a private chat with selected consumers/admins/instructors.
In the ACTIVE Captivate consumer iOS/Android apps, consumers can now chat in a custom chat group or a private chat if they are invited by the organization system users.
