To configure the registration opening date/time and closing date/time for a specific session, please follow below steps:
  1. From Home tab, click Setup under desired Season
  2. Click Sessions on right sidebar
  3. Click New session button or click on existing Session to modify
  4. Enter Open registration on
    • Note: These fields are optional; if set, the session registration opening date/time cannot be earlier than the season opening date/time or later than the season registration closing date/time; if left unset, the session registration opening date/time defaults to the season registration opening date/time
  5. Enter Close registration on
    • Note: This field defaults to 11:59 PM and cannot be left blank
  6. Click Save and continue
Note: On registration page, sessions with a future registration opening date/time are NOT listed
Note: If the registration opening date/time for ALL sessions is in the future, then the earliest session registration opening date/time is displayed on Session Selection page of registration site
