The Customer payments/refunds report shows all payments and refunds recorded in your system, including those electronically transacted through Camp & Class Manager and those only recorded in the system.

The report includes:

  • Credit card payments and refunds
  • Check payments and refunds
  • Cash payments and refunds
To run the report:
  1. On Finance tab, click Reports tab
  2. Locate and select Customer payments/refunds link
  3. In Time period fields, enter date range
  4. (Optional) steps to filter, group by, schedule, export, and share the report:
    1. Click Edit filter criteria to set filters per season, types of payment and refund transactions
    2. Click Group by dropdown, select Payment method, Customer, Type, or Season to see transactions grouped by those criteria
    3. Click Schedule to received automatic scheduled report to others. New: Schedule Custom Financial Reports 
    4. Click Export to download an Excel spreadsheet
    5. Click Share to Share reports with others
  5. Click Run report
