The Customer payments/refunds report shows all payments and refunds recorded in your system, including those electronically transacted through Camp & Class Manager and those only recorded in the system.

The report includes:

  • Credit card payments and refunds
  • Check payments and refunds
  • Cash payments and refunds
To run the report:
  1. On Finance tab under Financial reports, click Customer payments/refunds link
  2. In Time period fields, enter date range
  3. Optional steps to group, filter, export, and share the report:
    1. In Group by dropdown, select Payment method, Customer, Type, or Season to see transactions grouped by those criteria
    2. Click Edit filter criteria to set filters for types of payment and refund transactions
    3. Click Export to download an Excel spreadsheet
    4. Click Share to Share reports with others
  4. Click Run report
