Change Payment Frequency

The remittance frequency is used to determine how often an organization will receive payment from ACTIVE for participant registrations. The following payment schedule is available:
 

Schedule	Last day(s) of pay period(s)
Weekly	7th, 14th, 21st, Last day of the month
Bi-Weekly	15th and last day of the month
Monthly	Last day of the month

Below are instructions to request a change to the organization's current payment schedule from support after logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance.
Note: User submitting request must be an existing organizer for (and have access to) organization in question

1. Visit Contact Us form
2. Complete the First and Last Name
3. Complete Email Address
4. Complete What is the name of your organization?
5. Complete What is the name of your Event?
6. In the What is your question? field enter Change remittance frequency
7. Additional details about your question - Provide the new payment schedule as per chart above.
8. Upload attachments (if necessary)
9. Click Send
