The remittance frequency is used to determine how often an organization will receive payment from ACTIVE for participant registrations. The following payment schedule is available:

| Bi-Weekly | 15th and last day of the month |
| Monthly | Last day of the month |
Below are instructions to request a change to the organization's current payment schedule from support after
logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance.
Note: User submitting request must be an existing organizer for (and have access to) organization in question
- Visit Contact Us form
- Complete the First and Last Name
- Complete Email Address
- Complete What is the name of your organization?
- Complete What is the name of your Event?
- In the What is your question? field enter Change remittance frequency
- Additional details about your question - Provide the new payment schedule as per chart above.
- Upload attachments (if necessary)
- Click Send
