Get Your Event Included on Active Promotional Emails

ACTIVE Advantage is the premium membership program of ACTIVE.com. Members routinely receive emails updating them with the best events and deals in their location. ACTIVE Advantage members want the best deals and to be in the know about what events are happening around them. As an event director, you have the option to reach this highly engaged audience for free by participating in the ACTIVE Advantage email inclusion.

Here is how it works: you offer at least 5 free entries to your event and, optionally, submit a limited-time discount for Advantage members to use after the free entries are claimed. The first 5 people to click on your promotion within the email receive a coupon code for their free entry. Any remaining people that click on your offer receive the discount if you provide one. The only cost to get your event in front of potentially thousands of athletes is the 5 free entries and the optional discount.

If you would like to participate, Contact ACTIVEWorks Endurance Account Manager with these 5 items:

1. Your event name
2. ​The number of free entries you want to give away
   • ​Note: Minimum 5 free entries are required
3. Additional discount for ACTIVE Advantage members after free entries are taken
   • Example: (Recommended) 10% off or $5 off
4. Validity start and end dates of coupon code/free entry
   • Example: Two weeks after being sent
5. Your event logo to be included in the email blast.
6. Your event will be included in the promotion 4-6 weeks before your event date unless you specify another time.
