Event Dashboard Shows More Registrations than the Registration Report

Often times, the Event Dashboard might show that there are more registrations accounted for than in the Registration Report. This is because the Registration Report only shows completed registrations. If you have Express Registration turned on, any registrant who has not completed their Express Registration will be accounted for on the Event Dashboard but not the Registration Report.

Below are instructions to Turn Off Express Registration
1. Click event name under Your events on Organization Dashboard (HOME tab)
2. Click Setup tab
3. Click Step 3 Restrictions and settings on the right
4. Within Express registration section, uncheck Allow registrants have the option to pay first and register later during mobile registration box
5. Click Save & continue
