New: Adjust Offline Registration Price

Register Someone Offline (those processed in ACTIVE Works by Event Directors/Organizers) can be adjusted to rectify the Revenue Report:

1. To decrease reported income from an offline registration, Issue a Credit or Refund without Cancellation

2. To increase reported income from an offline registration:
   1. Create Additional Purchases set to price difference (e.g. to adjust from $50 to $70, create a $20 additional purchase)
   2. Access Advanced Settings

   4. Additional Purchases to participant's order, selecting check or cash as payment type
