- Click Edit form from step: Form Questions
- Click Edit pencil icon next to desired form question
- Click Advanced Settings
- Enter Report label
- Note: For custom questions, it's recommended to not use the default report label for question type (Dropdown menu, Radio buttons, etc.)
- Select Availability
- Everyone (default)
- Internal
- No one
- Check boxes beneath Limit to specific registration categories and price types
- Note: Boxes will be greyed out if the form question is a system default form question.
- Click Apply
- Click Save
