Below are instructions to edit availability restrictions for existing additional purchase products.
- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click event name, located under Your Events section of Organization Dashboard
- Click Setup
- Click Additional purchases
- Click Edit
- Click pencil icon of desired product to edit
- Click Advanced settings
- Edit Start date and End date fields
- Click Apply > Save
- When multiple items are created under one product, select item that needs to be changed and click Edit
- Edit Start date and End date fields
- Click Apply
- Repeat steps 9 to 11 for all items that need to be modified
- Click Save
