You can set limits for additional purchases to show only during certain dates. 

Below are instructions to edit availability restrictions for existing additional purchase products.
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click event name, located under Your Events section of Organization Dashboard
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Additional purchases
  5. Click Edit
  6. Click pencil icon Edit iconof desired product to edit
  7. Click Advanced settings

  2. When multiple items are created under one product, select item that needs to be changed and click Edit

  3. Repeat steps 9 to 11 for all items that need to be modified
  4. Click Save
