- Open Your Event after Logging in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Select Setup
- Select Form questions
- Click Edit form
- Locate desired question to edit > Click pencil icon
- Hide questions by following steps below:
- To hide the question completely:
- Click Advanced settings
- To hide the question completely:
- Under Availability, select No one
- Click Save to complete
- To hide one option of a multiple choice question:
- Under Response choices, locate the choice to edit
- Click pencil icon on the right
- Select No one for Availability
- Click Save to complete
Note: In some cases, the form questions (which are not answered yet) cannot be removed, this is by design to prevent bad data (e.g. participants answering questions in registration while Event Director is deleting them at the same time). The solution is to temporarily turn off registration before deleting the desired question as per below:
- Turn off registration: Event Setup → Activation → Activate registration later → Save & continue
- Delete question: Event Setup → Form Questions → Delete the desired question
