Below instructions can be used to stop form questions from showing to the public anymore:
- Open Your Event after Logging ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Select Setup
- Select Form questions
- Click Edit form
- Locate desired question to edit > Click pencil icon
- Hide questions by following steps below:
- To hide the question completely:
- Click Advanced settings
- Under Availability, select No one
- Click Save to complete
- To hide one option of a multiple choice question:
- Under Response choices, locate the choice to edit
- Click pencil icon on the right
- Select No one for Availability
- Click Save to complete
Note: Participant names and Email address are essential questions and cannot be removed.
