Locate desired question to edit > Click pencil icon
Hide questions by following steps below:
To hide the question completely:
Click Advanced settings
Under Availability, select No one
Click Save to complete
To hide one option of a multiple choice question:
Under Response choices, locate the choice to edit
Click pencil icon on the right
Select No one for Availability
Click Save to complete
Note: Participant names and Email address are essential questions and cannot be removed.
Note: In some cases, the form questions (which are not answered yet) cannot be removed, this is by design to prevent bad data (e.g. participants answering questions in registration while Event Director is deleting them at the same time). The solution is to temporarily turn off registration before deleting the desired question as per below:
Turn off registration: Event Setup → Activation → Activate registration later → Save & continue
Delete question: Event Setup → Form Questions → Delete the desired question
