Remove Date of Birth and Gender from Online Registration

Please follow the steps below to remove the Date of Birth and Gender questions from registration form:
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click on target event name
  3. Click Setup tab
  4. Click Form questions from Event setup menu
  5. Click Edit form 
  6. Click the remove icon Icon beside Gender / Date of birth
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Save & continue

Note: In the My Events website, consumers can now claim a registration with no date of birth. 
Note: Registrants can now also Change category or Transfer registration to another person regardless of whether a date of birth is required or not. 
Note: AUI (Internal) registration is not supported if Date of Birth is removed.
Note: If the Date of Birth question is removed from Someone else over 18 form, the signing waiver link will not show up in Confirmation Email . The waiver only can be signed in MY EVENTS site after claiming the registration.
Note: For legal reasons, a participant signing a post-registration waiver in the MY EVENTS site must still enter his/her Date of Birth no matter the Date of Birth question is removed from the registration form or not.
Note: If Date of Birth question is removed from registration form, it's not possible to validate that a consumer registering himself/herself is 18 or older, so the registration proceeds on the basis that the consumer is informed that he/she must be 18 or older:
