Hide a Price Type from Active.com Registration Site

There will be instances where organizers need to hide some price types from Active.com registration site (ie. limited offer).

Note: Deleting a category is not option especially when there are already registrations received.

Below are the steps on how a price type can be hidden from registrants:

Login to Activework Endurance > choose event
Click Setup
Go to Registration Categories (step 3)
Find price type name
Click Edit next to price restrictions
Select Availability

Everyone (default)
Internal
No one

You may choose No one so only you will see this information

Create Team Price Type
Restrict A Team To Only Apply To A Specific Category Or Price Type
Delete Category
Remove a Self-Registration Team
Set Registration Category Available for VIP Invitations Only
Create Self-Registration Team for Participants
Create Custom Registration Report
Registration Trends Component In Event Dashboard
Race Pass Creation
Remove Participant from Team (Endurance)
