Below are instructions on deleting categories after Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account:
  1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click desired event name under Your events
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click Registration Categories
  4. Click Delete next to category
  • Note:  Once the event is open for registration, the registration category cannot be deleted when there are already registrations received for the registration category. In this case, you will be given the option to make the category inactive.

  • Note: If the registration category is created but no one ever selected to register for it, event directors can Close Registration firstly, then go to Setup > Registration categories step to delete the registration category. After that, go to the Setup > Activation step again to open the event registration.
  1. Click Yes
  2. Click Save and continue to complete

Note: The inactive category/price type can be reactivated by changing their Availability into "Everyone". Please follow steps in Missing Category from ACTIVE.com Listing.
