Below are instructions to edit an existing price increase on a registration category
- Open Your Event after Logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Click Setup tab
- Click Registration Categories under Event setup
- To right of desired price type, click pencil icon (
) to edit existing price type - Within Edit a price screen, scroll to Price schedule section
- Confirm Time based is selected
- Enter new price details including date and time for new price change and new price amount
- Note: The standard price of this registration category will be changed to new price amount on the date and time configured
- Click Add price change to add more price changes as necessary
- Note: You can click Delete under ACTION to remove an existing price change
- Note: If participants have already registered for this price increase, it is worthwhile to note that it was removed (for future reporting)
- Click Save
- Click Save & continue
Note: Organizers will be unable to delete an existing price type once registrations have processed
