Create Active Results page

Active offers 2 ways to upload your event results in to a website solely dedicated for participants to search for event results.

One is through the ActiveWorks event setup and one is directly through the ActiveResults website, both which have different steps on how to do them.

ActiveWorks event setup
  1. Go to the Activation step in the event's Set Up tab
  2. Tick the Use Active Results for this event and click Save & continue (un-tick this option and save if you want to un-publish the event from the ActiveResults website)
  3. Click on the results link in the Set Up's ACTIVE.com box
  4. Click on Manage results and click on the event that you just enabled
  5. Click Add result, choose Running type, enter Distance value, click Choose file to select the event results file, and click the tick button (Ensure that the results file complies with the requirements outlined in the Event results section, if you need an example click on Download example)
  6. Modify column mappings by selecting the right Active format for each submitted column and click Save (You can now check what the event results page looks like by clicking on the Event results link in the Event details section)
ActiveResults website
  1. Go to https://results.active.com/
  2. Click on Manage results (you have to be logged in the website to see this button)
  3. Click +Add event result
  4. Fill in event details and click Save (If you do not want to publish the event results on the website, toggle the Visible on ACTIVE results option to No and click Save)
  5. Click Add result, choose Running type, enter Distance value, click Choose file to select the event results file, and click the tick button (Ensure that the results file complies with the requirements outlined in the Event results section, if you need an example click on Download example)
  6. Modify column mappings by selecting the right Active format for each submitted column and click Save (You can now check what the event results page looks like by clicking on the Event results link in the Event details section)
