If Group-registration teams were set up as part of a registration category and managing unsigned waivers becomes too much to manage, it may be ideal to disable group-registration teams to prevent unsigned waivers. Below are instructions to accomplish this after logging into ACTIVE Works Endurance.
- From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click event name within Your Events section
- Click Setup
- Under Event setup on right, select Registration categories
- Locate Price types labeled as Group-registration team, click Delete
- Note: Complete this step for any applicable price types
- Click Save & continue
