Group-registration teams are fixed upon registration completion (please click HERE for group registration setup). If any of the registrations needs to be changed, such as substitutions of team members or transfers, this can be done in two steps:
- Note: Ensure 0.00 is entered for REFUND AMOUNT on Cancel order page during cancellation process
- Create Discount Code in Tools for the team to sign up again without payments
- Note: Discount amounts to be equal to group-registration team's payments. It is recommended to set as 100.00 Percentage
- Note: Maximum number of uses may be configured to avoid abuse
