Assign Same Bib to the Whole Team

Event Directors can now use the new bib tool to assign the same bib to members of a self-registration team or a Group-registration team.

Below are instructions to automatically assign the same bib to members of a Self-registration team or a Group-registration team:

1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click event name under Your Events
2. Click Tools
3. Click Bib tool
4. Click New under Bib tool to create a bib sequence
5. Complete field Name the bib sequence
6. Select Price Type(s) with Self-registration team or Group-registration team to assign this sequence to
7. Click and select RULE-BASED
8. Configure the sequence by entering the Prefix (optional) and a number in box of Start bib sequence at 

Note: The maximum bib number can be assigned depends on the digits of start number. e.g.: If the start bib sequence is inputted as 1, then the maximum bib number can be assigned is 9. If there are at least 300 registrants included in this bib sequence, the start number will need to be inputted as 001.

9. (Optional) Exclude reserved bib numbers from this sequence by entering into Exclude a number or range of numbers from this sequence

       10. Keep the below two boxes selected 

Note: If Suffix bibs for self-registration team members with a capital letter is selected, the self-registration team members will have same bib numbers but each with a different suffix (e.g. TriFull031B, TriFull031C). The team captain will have "A" added. When more than 26 team members register in a team, two capital letters will be added at the end of the bib.

• 1st to 25th team member: B, C, D, E, F…X, Y, Z,
• 26th to 50th team member: BB, BC, BD, BE, BF…BX, BY, BZ,
• 51st to 75th team member: CB, CC, CD, CE, CF…CX, CY, CZ,
• 76th to 100th team member: DB, DC, DD, DE, DF…DX, DY, DZ,
• ...
• 601st to 625th team member: ZB, ZC, ZD, ZE, ZF…ZX, ZY, ZZ.

       11. (Optional) Enter a last date to re-assign numbers if participants change their form question response
