Cancel Registration Without Refund
Below are instructions to cancel a registration without refund order payments after logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance:
- Click desired event name under Your events in organization Home page
- Click Participants
- Click desired participant name
- Under Current Purchases, click Actions
- Click Cancel
- On Cancel order page, check items to be cancelled and ensure REFUND AMOUNT is 0
- Note: Original order payment amount will be recorded as Cancellation fee in the Cancellation Order ID
- Click Next to complete cancellation
