Cancel Participant Additional Purchase Items From Order without Cancelling Registration

The following instructions can be used when registrants would like to cancel additional purchases but keep event registrations: 
  1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), choose appropriate event under Your events
  2. Click Participants tab
  3. Click participant's name
  4. Under Current purchases, click Actions > Select Cancel

  1. On Cancel Order page, check the first box to de-select all items

  1. Locate items should be cancelled and check for ONLY items should be cancelled
  2. Type in REFUND AMOUNT
  3. Review Refund Total is correct
  • Note: Do not proceed if items including Registration ID are checked as this action cancels the entire registration

  1. Click Next > Next till Order successfully canceled
