Customize Confirmation Email per Registration Category

Below are instructions to include a customized confirmation email message for each particular registration category (or a group of categories and price types) as part of the confirmation email editing process 

Add New Custom Message
  1. Open Your Event after Logging ACTIVEWorks Endurance
  2. Select Setup > Step 10: Emails sent out
  3. Click Add a custom message
  4. Enter a custom message for participants (up to 3,000 characters) into text box
  5. Under Edit recipients, select categories/price types (for confirmation email that applies)
  6. Click OK
  7. Repeat steps 1-4 to create multiple custom messages  
  8. Click Save & continue
  • Note: There is no limit on the number of custom messages allowed for an organization.

Edit Custom Message
  1. Click Edit
  2. Adjust custom message for participants (up to 3,000 characters) in text box
  3. Under Edit recipients, adjust or confirm categories/price types (for confirmation email that applies)
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Save & continue

Delete Custom Message
  1. Click Delete
  2. To delete custom messages, click OK within Confirm window
  3. Screen will refresh displaying updated list of custom messages
  4. Click Save & continue
