Below are instructions to include a customized confirmation email message for each particular registration category (or a group of categories and price types) as part of the confirmation email editing process
Add New Custom Message
- Open Your Event after Logging ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Select Setup > Step 10: Emails sent out
- Click Add a custom message
- Enter a custom message for participants (up to 3,000 characters) into text box
- Under Edit recipients, select categories/price types (for confirmation email that applies)
- Click OK
- Repeat steps 1-4 to create multiple custom messages
- Click Save & continue
- Note: There is no limit on the number of custom messages allowed for an organization.
Edit Custom Message
- Click Edit
- Adjust custom message for participants (up to 3,000 characters) in text box
- Under Edit recipients, adjust or confirm categories/price types (for confirmation email that applies)
- Click OK
- Click Save & continue
Delete Custom Message
- Click Delete
- To delete custom messages, click OK within Confirm window
- Screen will refresh displaying updated list of custom messages
- Click Save & continue
