In ACTIVE Membership Manager, confirmation emails are configured at package level. Below are the instructions to edit new member registration confirmation email for one program package:
  1. Login ACTIVE Membership Manager at https://membership.active.com
  2. Make sure to select the correct program on the right
  3. Locate the package name to edit under Package summary, click View package options
  4. Under Email Template on the right, click View/Edit
  5. Locate New Member Email, click View/Edit next to it
  6. View or customise email content by adding the following details:
    • From name
    • From email address
    • Subject
    • Custom message
  7. Check Include membership details in emails 
  8. (Optional) Check Send copies of each confirmation to ... if you would like to be copied in every new email > Type in email address to receive the notification
  9. (Optional) Click Preview Email
  10. Click Save Changes to complete
