Email notifications, such as new member and renewal confirmation emails, are configured at package option level. Please follow instructions below to change when would you like to send different email types to members:
  1. Log in ACTIVE Membership Manager at https://membership.active.com
  2. Choose a desired program name under Select program
  3. Under Package Summary, click View package options next to desired package name
  4. Click Edit package under Package setup
  5. Under Package options, find the package to edit > Click View & Update
  6. Scroll down to Emails
  7. Check or uncheck automatic email types as necessary
  8. Click Save
