Below are the instructions to resend the New Member Confirmation Email again to existing members after logging to ACTIVE Membership Manager.

1. Click People
2. Enter email address, Membership number, order number, or names 
3. Click Search
4. Click member name to open profile page
5. Click Re-send email next to membership name
  • Note: Email can only be resent when membership status is Active
6. Click Send in pop-up window
