You can either resend the confirmation email to a participant or you can resend the email to everyone.
Below are instructions to resend confirmation emails to an individual participant:
Click event under Your events from Organization Dashboard (HOME)
Click Participants
Enter name in search box and click Search
Click participant's name
Click Resend Confirmation Email
Verify email address or enter new email address and click Send
Note: Use new email address if participant no longer has access to original email account
Note: If Allow participant to upload file after registration option is enabled as per step #8 in Add or Edit a Price in Registration Categories, participants who register for this price type can receive registration confirmation email only after they complete the registration process and upload the documents in MyEvents portal.
