Resend Confirmation Email to All Participants

Below are instructions to resend the confirmation email to all registrants within a particular event.

Note: Emails may not be received by participants for up to 60 minutes

Note: If the notification email is configured on step 10: Emails sent out of your event Setup, the agency users will also receive the copy of the resent confirmation emails. You can turn it off at step 10 in the event setup before resending if your agency users don't need to receive the copy of resent confirmation emails.

  1. On organization HOME page, click desired event name under Your events
  2. Click Participants tab
  3. Click Resend all confirmation emails
  4. Click OK
Note: The confirmation email can be sent to either all participants or a specific participant (refer to Resend Confirmation Email to One Participant). Sending confirmation email to a group of participants (e.g. all participants of a specific registration category) is not supported.
