On-Site can be used to quickly check-in participants to your event, and if configured allow the assignment of bibs and review/signing of event waivers.
Note: Enable QR Code in Registration Confirmation Emails so that participants are sent their registration QR with their confirmation email.
- Launch On-Site app on your device
- Sign-in with your ActiveWorks user account
- Tap on event name
- Tap CHECK IN
- Search for participants by name, team email, phone, or simply scanning their registration QR code.
- Allow participant to review and sign waivers, if configured.
- Note: To configure if waivers are required to be signed before check-in is complete, please see Waiver On-site app configuration
- Tap CHECK IN
