Check-in Participants with On-Site

On-Site can be used to quickly check-in participants to your event, and if configured allow the assignment of bibs and review/signing of event waivers.
  1. Launch On-Site app on your device
  2. Sign-in with your ActiveWorks user account
  3. Tap on event name
  4. Tap CHECK IN

  1. Search for participants by name, team email, phone, or simply scanning their registration QR code. 
  1. Allow participant to review and sign waivers, if configured.
  2. Tap CHECK IN

Note: Enable QR Code in Registration Confirmation Emails so that participants are sent their registration QR with their confirmation email.
