Below are instructions to search for and locate participants for all events or a particular event.
Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport AccountSearch All Events
- Within the search box located in the top navigation bar, enter search keywords and click the magnifying glass (
)
- Note: Partial searches are permitted - a search of "And" will return participants named Andrea, Andrew, Andy, etc.
- Within the results, check the box next to a participant
Search One Event
- From the Organization Dashboard, click on an event name under Your Events
- Click Participants
- Select a field from the Search by drop-down:
- All
- Participant name
- Registration category
- Price type
- Email address
- Registration status
- T-shirt size
- Team
- Enter search keywords and click the magnifying glass ()
- Note: Partial searches are permitted - a search of "And" will return participants named Andrea, Andrew, Andy, etc.
- Within the results, check the box next to a participant
- Click View
