Use these steps to add a document to the confirmation email, such as a paper coupon
Note: Adding attachments to confirmation emails is not currently possible - we recommend uploading the document to a public site, then creating a hyperlink that participants can click on
- Click the event name under Your events
- Click the Setup
- Click Emails sent out
- Click Add a custom message
- Note: If an existing custom message was added, click Edit next to the Custom message box
- Highlight the text that will be used as a hyperlink
- Click Insert/Edit Link icon ( )
- Enter Link URL within the Add link box
- Click Save
- Click OK
- Click Save & continue
