Add Document to Confirmation Email

Use these steps to add a document to the confirmation email, such as a paper coupon 

Note: Adding attachments to confirmation emails is not currently possible - we recommend uploading the document to a public site, then creating a hyperlink that participants can click on
  1. Click the event name under Your events
  2. Click the Setup
  3. Click Emails sent out
  4. Click Add a custom message
    • Note: If an existing custom message was added, click Edit next to the Custom message box
  5. Highlight the text that will be used as a hyperlink
  6. Click Insert/Edit Link icon ( insert-edit-link-icon )
  7. Enter Link URL within the Add link box
  8. Click Save
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Save & continue
