Confirmation Email in Volunteer Event

Below are instructions to customize the confirmation emails in a Volunteer Event 
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click VOLUNTEER

  1. Under Your Events, choose desired volunteer event name
  2. Click Edit event under Actions

  1. Click Step 4. Confirmation email
  2. Update From and Subject fields (optional)
  3. Click Edit custom message to add customized content to the standard email message
    • Note: Text has a 3,000 character maximum
  4. Enter custom message
  • Note: The customized message will be displayed in Standard email message area as below

  1. Click OK
  2. Click Finish to complete process and access volunteer event dashboard
