Confirmation Email in Volunteer Event
Below are instructions to customize the confirmation emails in a Volunteer Event
- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click VOLUNTEER
- Under Your Events, choose desired volunteer event name
- Click Edit event under Actions
- Click Step 4. Confirmation email
- Update From and Subject fields (optional)
- Click Edit custom message to add customized content to the standard email message
- Note: Text has a 3,000 character maximum
- Enter custom message
- Note: The customized message will be displayed in Standard email message area as below
- Click OK
- Click Finish to complete process and access volunteer event dashboard
