Add Volunteer Captain to Volunteer Event

A Volunteer Director or Volunteer Coordinator may assign a person as the Volunteer Captain for any job using these steps
 
1. Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account 
2. Click VOLUNTEER  
3. Choose proper event

4. Click name of job
5. Click Assign job captain
6. Select captain:
  • If Captain is existing user
  1. Choose Existing Users
  2. In Select captain field, search and select user
  • If Captain is a new user
  1. Choose Invite New User
  2. Fill in First name, Last name, Email address and Confirm email address
7. Click Assign
  • Note: Volunteer captain receives email and clicks link in email to accept role
