A corporate team is for a company/employer to create a team for a group of participants, usually employees of a company, and pre-pay for their registration fees. Corporate teams are a good way for companies to encourage employees to participate in races and can be a part of health and wellness campaigns.

The corporate team is hidden from public registrations. If the event accepts self-registration teams and allows team captains to pre-pay for team members, team captain can create a corporate team during registration by referring to steps below: 
  1. After selecting your desired category/price type and entered all required form questions under PARTICIPANT INFO, you can choose to create a team under TEAM INFO
  2. Select the Team type
  3. Enter Team name
  4. (Optional) Enter Team description
  5. Select I will pay in advance for Payment for team member
  6. Enter the prepaid member quantity
  7. (Optional) click INVITE NOW to invite team member
  8. Choose Hide team from all registrants for Is this team hidden? (** IMPORTANT)
  9. Choose Yes - require a password for Is this a private team? and set up a password if this is a private team, choose No - anyone can join if this is not a private team
  10. Select merchandise options if required and sign waivers, click CONTINUE to complete registration and check out
