Please follow the steps below to update or rectify the Shipping Information for your registrants:
- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click on the target event name from home page
- Click on Participants tab
- Locate the target participant by a search, click on the name hyperlink
- On the registration details page, scroll down to Shipping Information section
- Click the pencil icon to bring up the Edit shipping address window
- Made necessary updates, click on Save
- Note: The shipping information only can be updated from admin side at this moment.
