Edit Shipping Information for Participants

Please follow the steps below to update or rectify the Shipping Information for your registrants:

    • Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
    • Click on the target event name from home page
    • Click on Participants tab
    • Locate the target participant by a search, click on the name hyperlink
    • On the registration details page, scroll down to Shipping Information section
    • Click the pencil icon to bring up the Edit shipping address window
    • Made necessary updates, click on Save
      • Note: The shipping information only can be updated from admin side at this moment.
