Unsubscribe Customers from Future Emails

If you want to prevent emails from sending to particular recipients, you may follow the steps below to unsubscribe them: 
  1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click EMAIL tab
  2. Click Unsubscribers
  3. Select one of the following options to unsubscribe:
a. Enter the email address and click Add 
b. Click Upload to import a CSV file containing email(s) you want to unsubscribe

Note: It is by design that users can unsubscribe multiple times from the email they receive from one organization. Thus one email address may be listed in one organization account's Unsubscribers list for more than once.
