ACTIVE Event App: Manage Photos from App Users and Flickr
Please follow the steps below to manage photos in Event App:
- Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- On home page click target event name
- Click Tools tab
- Enter Event App
- Click USER INTERFACE CONFIGURATION tab
- Scroll down to Available components
- Check box of Photos
- Scroll down to PHOTOS section
- Upload cover image
- Enter one or two Photo hashtag (separated by a semicolon) to capture photos from Flickr
- Click PHOTOS tab (in the same row with USER INTERFACE CONFIGURATION) to manage photos:
Note: Photos uploaded by users show up under From app users; Photos synchronized from Flickr show up under From Flickr
- Click Sort by to view the photos by date: select either Ascending date or Descending date
- Click the photo's thumbnail to view the full-sized photo in a new browser tab
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page , click More to load more thumbnails
- Click hide
icon to hide unsuitable photo from public display
