When registrations are mass imported, they are not counted toward the capacity amount indicated in step two and three of an event set up.
To fix this, after registrations have been mass imported, the event director will need to go to step two in the event set up and change the event capacity to account for the registrations that were mass imported.

- Example: An event’s capacity is set to 300. 200 Registrations are mass imported. The program still reads that their are 300 available slots, even though their are actually only 100. Because there are only 100 slots available, the event director needs to change the capacity from 300 to 100.
- Note: This only affects events with a set capacity. If an event has an unlimited capacity this will not have an impact and there is no need to change the current capacity setting.
