If encountering error when downloading update using Check for Updates feature, follow steps below to manually download update file.
Possible error messages include: connection, timeout, run-time, permission denied, bad request, host not found and 20152 Moved Permanently errors
Note: For error during installation of update file, see Error #5 Installing Update

1. Go to http://hytek.active.com/downloads.html
2. Click Support
3. Click Downloads
4. Go to the section with the product name (Team Manager or Meet Manager) and product version ( 8.07.06.0, 4.2, etc.)
5. Click Update to download update file
6. Save file to computer
7. Open software
Note: If prompted to Check for Updates, click No
8. Go to File > Install Update
9. Select No when asked to click Check for Updates
10. Select XXXXUpdate.zip file (where XXXX is product name) and click Open
11. Follow prompts to finish installing

Alternate Solution: Ask your organization's IT department to allow FTP connection using port 80 and SFTP connection using port 22
