License Name could be the name of your organization, league, school, club, team, facility or meet. You will be asked for license name when you contact Support or place an online order with Hy-Tek.
On the homepage of your software, you will see a box on the lower left-hand side of the screen and your license name is after the word "Licensed to:"
Other Options:
1. If you still have the program installed, you can go to Help > About
2. If you no longer have the program installed, and if you also have any report Printed or pdf saved anywhere from the Team Manager or Meet Manager software - that will show the actual license name in the upper left corner
