Below are instructions on how to deactivate a Single Location and a Multi Location Program:
- Single Location Program:
- Login to Swim Manager
- Click Action button beside the program
- Note: Single Location Program will show Program Type under the Program Name
- Click Deactivate Program
- Note: Read through the pop up window and click Done or X to go back to Home page
- Note: Inactive status will appear on deactivated programs
- Multi-Location Program
- Login to Swim Manager
- Click on Program Name
- Note: Multi-Location Program will show under Program Name if program is set to Multi-Location
- Identify program location you want to deactivate and click Deactivate
- Note: Read through the pop up window and click Done or X to go back to Program Location page
- Note: Inactive status will appear on deactivated program location
