Follow steps below for Error 12 message when exporting meet entries
1. Right click on Swim Team Manager icon on your desktop menu
2. Select Compatibility
3. Under Compatibility mode put a check in Run this program in compatibility mode for:
4. Select version of Operating System
Note: Should be selecting prior version of the OS
